
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
We provide quotes for house / flat / office removals and rubbish as a 'whole' per job cost; for smaller removals we can discuss an hourly rate, where appropriate.

WHAT IF MY MOVE DATE CHANGES, WILL I STILL BE CHARGED?
No, we understand that things change when people move. Let us know ASAP and we will work with you to accommodate another removals date, all we ask is that you keep DLS Removals involved when agreeing a new date so we can check the diary before you confirm. We will always do our best to accommodate changes.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Our preferred method of payment is on-line banking, we will give you our details when we provide you with a quote. We take cash for rubbish jobs and removals where agreed in advance. The outstanding balance must be made once our vehicle/s are loaded so please let us know if you have any payment queries beforehand.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Removals:-
Yes, for orders under £300 this is 10% and anything over £300, 20%. Deposits are non-refundable, however if you move date changes you will not lose your deposit as long as we move you on your new date.
Rubbish Clearance:-
Same as for removals except for Whole House Clearances, in which case it is 50% non-refundable deposit and 50% when the job is completed.
